Order Status

You can view the status of your orders at { Order History }. Your order will remain in pending status until it is shipped from our warehouse. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email. You may also view your tracking information under { Order History }.

Incorrect Item Received

Because accidents happen (not too often hopefully)… If you received the incorrect product, please notify our Customer Service team at customerservice@lelepets.com. Please reference your confirmation order number and your contact information in the email.

Adding Items

Once your order has been processed you may only add new items by placing a new order.

Cancel Your Order

Sorry, all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled. Realistically, why would you want to cancel your order anyway?

Editing Shipping Address

You may edit the ship to address as long as the order is in pending status and has not been shipped. Kindly contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to assist you at customerservice@lelepets.com.

Changing the Payment Method

Unfortunately, we cannot change the payment method of an order once the order has been processed.

Keeping Items in Your Shopping Bag

As quantities of our products are limited, items are kept in your shopping bag for 15 minutes before being released. This feature gives all of our members an equal opportunity for the items we offer.

Shipping Policy

LeLePets ships to any street address within the continental United States. Currently, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam.

Shipping Rate

Most items ship at a rate of $8.95 per order for FedEx Ground service. Oversized items may have additional shipping costs. If additional shipping costs are applicable, this information is noted within the specific sale.

Additional Shipping & Handling

Sometimes we offer merchandise that requires some extra tender loving care, which in turn requires some extra mula when it comes to shipping the product to ensure it gets there in one piece.

Shipping Time

Due to the nature of the business, items are typically shipped 12-15 business days once the sale has ended.

Ordering Multiple Items

Please note when ordering items from multiple sales, within the same day, your items will ship together.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided when signing up to LeLePets. You can reference your tracking information for any order under { Order History }.

Order History

Once your order is processed you can view the status of your order under { Order History }. Please note your order will remain in pending status until it ships from our warehouse.

Tax

LeLePets.com is obligated by law to collect sales tax of 7% on all items shipped to New Jersey. 

Return Policy

All items purchased from LeLePets are final sale and not eligible for return or an exchange as we do not stock excess inventory. This is one of the reasons we are able to offer such discounts off the retail price.

Damaged or defective merchandise

If you should receive your order damaged via shipping, please contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code and we will contact you via email for further return instructions. Only items in their original packaging will be eligible for defective merchandise returns. All returns are subject to the discretion of LeLePets.

You will receive an email notification once we receive the item back to our warehouse.

  • A LeLePets member places an order for the amazing products we feature on a sale
  • A sale closes 72 hours after it is launched
  • LeLePets works with the respective vendor to ship the products to our warehouse
  • LeLePets goes through a series of QA procedures to ensure the products meet our standards
  • LeLePets packages the order
  • FedEx delivers the package to your doorstep
 

Can I cancel/edit my order?

Due to the nature of the business, orders cannot be cancelled/edited once processed.

Can I place an order via phone?

No, orders can only be placed thru our website during the time of the featured sale.

Can I still place an order once a sale has ended?

No, once a sale has expired or items are sold out, you can no longer place an order. All items are offered on a first come first serve basis so don't let time run out!

Am I able to order the product featured in a different size and/or color?

No, the size and/or color listed within the specific sale is all that we have available. We are not able to obtain additional items other than those featured within a specific sale.

How can I edit my preferences to receive emails less frequently?

You can edit your email preferences under the { My Account }. Simply click on email settings and adjust your preferences as desired. Please keep in mind the absolute best way to be in the loop with our featured and upcoming sales is via daily email.

Forgot your username and/or password?

No worries! Click on the { Loosing Your Memory } on the Sign In page to reset your password. We will send a temporary password to the email you registered with.

Payment

What forms of payment fo you accept?

LeLePets accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Pay Pal. As a commitment to our members, we keep your information safe by utilizing a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). LeLePets will not sell your information to any mailing lists/3rd party companies.

How is sales tax calculated?

Prices shown on our site are exclusive of taxes. Sales tax is calculated based on New Jersey sales tax of 7%. Sales tax only applies to items shipped to the state of New Jersey.

At what point will my credit card be charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged once we process your order.

When will my order ship from the warehouse?

Typically, your order will ship 12-15 days once the sale has ended. Please note a sale lasts 72 hours from the time it is featured. Why does it take 12-15 days you ask? Here is how the process works once the sale has ended:

What service method will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS.

Can I upgrade the shipping method?

At this time, we cannot upgrade shipping methods.

Do you ship internationally?

No, LeLePets does not ship internationally. LeLePets ships to any street address within the continental United States. Sorry, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam.
